OUR PROCESS
1.Discovery Call
Schedule a concise 15-minute phone call to explore the scope of work, get to know each other , address budget considerations, set the timeframe, and provide insights into our design methodology. This call offers an opportunity to assess whether our approach aligns with your project requirements and if we are an ideal match for collaboration.
2.Design Consultation
Join us for a one-hour face-to-face meeting focused on diving into your plans, brainstorming innovative ideas, and articulating your vision for the space. This session aims to develop a comprehensive scope of work, detailing the necessary steps to realize your design objectives.
3.Scope + Fee Proposal
Expect a thorough and personalized project outline detailing the scope of work, accompanied by a carefully crafted fee proposal. This comprehensive document is customized to align with the unique requirements of your project, providing clarity on the tasks involved and a transparent breakdown of associated fees.
4.Preliminary Concept Phase

5.Final Concept Design Phase
Once the design vision and aesthetic are approved, we proceed to further refine layouts, color themes, materials, and furnishings. Through final plans and 3D visualizations, you will see the design come to life and make any necessary adjustments. 6. Design Development and Documentation

From ordering to coordinating installations, we take care of every detail to ensure a seamless transition into a fully furnished and impeccably styled space once the build is complete.
